Job descriptionRun and guide extrusion & blow‑molding lines in a clean, safe, climate‑controlled facility Monitor equipment continuously; adjust heat, water cooling temps, and hydraulic parameters Diagnose issues, perform routine preventive maintenance, and restore optimal performance Execute quality inspections (weights, dimensions) to satisfy Plastipak customer requirements Lead continuous improvement to enhance safety, reliability, quality, and reduce scrap Build your capabilities via formal training and shoulder‑to‑shoulder learning; pursue advancement 2nd shift (3 : 00 pm–11 : 00 pm) or 3rd shift (11 : 00 pm–7 : 00 am) availability High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Preferred : experience with injection or blow‑molding equipment Basic hydraulics, pneumatics, and electro‑mechanical know‑how Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving mindset Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation $55,000–$60,000 depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and education Annual bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance PLC Troubleshooting Skills Equipment Troubleshooting Electrical Troubleshooting Skills Troubleshooting Skills Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills Pneumatics Experience Hydraulics Experience Electrical Troubleshooting Kaizen Quality Control Experience Lean Manufacturing Principles Coaching and Mentoring Experience Packaging Experience Machine Safety Inspections Machine Setups for Production Runs Plastic Extrusion Experience Meets Physical Requirements High School / GED Excellent Communication Skills Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Injection Molding Experience Blow Molding Experience Tool / Die / Mold Setup Experience Basic Computer Skills
