Inventory Record Control Supervisor

Primary Position Function / Summary
The Inventory Record Control Supervisor is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining a comprehensive inventory record control system for all equipment and assets at IFSI. This includes capital equipment, consumables, and other resources necessary to support IFSI's statewide mission. The role ensures compliance with the State Property Control Act and University of Illinois policies while overseeing the tagging, tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and disposition of equipment and assets.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and may involve occasional exposure to noise, dust, fumes, allergens, temperature changes, inclement weather, and the use of personal protective equipment.
Appointment Information
This is a 100% full-time Civil Service Inventory Record Control Supervisor position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after November 16, 2025. The salary range for this position is $55,000-70,000.
