Certifications : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Pain Management
Licensure : Eligible for medical license
Skillset : Strong interventional skillset (epidurals, RFA, injections, spinal stimulator trials / implants, peripheral nerve procedures)
Experience : Open to new graduates or experienced physicians; must be confident in independent practice
