At Tangent we know that the quality of our products is dependent on the caliber of our staff. We are seeking talented individuals to join our production team that are dedicated to producing high-quality products to our customers.

As a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating extrusion equipment and handling finished goods in a safe manner. An eye for quality, attention to detail, strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and excellent attendance are all attributes that you must possess.

We are a 24 / 7 operation, so schedule flexibility is very important. You will be assigned a primary shift and possibly asked to assist on other shifts as needed. Night and Day shifts are available.

Shift hours are :

7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM

7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM

Shifts are on a rotating 2-week schedule :

Week 1 : Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours)

Week 2 : Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)
