Senior Program Coordinator, Questrom Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid

Reporting to the Assoc. Director of Graduate Admissions within the Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid Office (GAFAO), the Senior Program Coordinator (SPC) for Residential MS & PhD Programs plays a key role in managing the end-to-end application process for our residential MS & PhD degree programs. This position involves handling candidate inquiries, ensuring thorough application audits, and overseeing the test record accuracy for applications to Questrom. This is a 35 hr. / week position.

Required Skills : Associate's Degree, B.S. / B.A. preferred, strong attention to detail, required. Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and one to three years of experience in fast-paced customer service environment. Occasional evening and weekend work required.
