The F135 Sustainment Subcontractor Management organization works closely with our subcontractors to manage and integrate subcontracted work-scope on the program. As a CAM, you'll monitor and report on the cost / schedule / technical work-scope being completed by the Subcontractors, while partnering with and supporting Pratt & Whitney Program managers to seamlessly integrate subcontracted work. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all elements of Sustainment (Support Equipment, Joint Technical Data, Repair Development, Fleet Operations, Supply Chain Management, Maintenance Services, Site / Depot Activation, etc.) and to gain and apply experience in EVMS and project management.

What You Will Do :

• Assist Sustainment and Subcontractor Program Management in handling all aspects of the Program, including monitoring the Cost, Schedule, and technical execution of control accounts assigned
• EVMS reporting in accordance with P&W's EVMS System Description
• Program Management support (Contractual Flow down, PO Issuance, Proposal Support)
• Lead projects to enhance the integration of Subcontractor efforts

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
