Fire Paramedic
Fire Paramedic
Global heavy industry leader is seeking a Fire Paramedic to provide health and safety systems support to meet the business plan goals.
The position is located in the Mobile, AL area. Relocation is provided.
Responsibilities :
- Provides emergency services
- Drives and operates emergency response vehicles
- Selects proper firefighting tools and equipment to control and extinguish fires
- Performs search and rescue operations
- Utilizes appropriate safety equipment, to mitigate hazardous materials incidents
- Performs extrication operations as needed
- Performs inspections and preventive maintenance on fire suppression systems
- Responsible for delivering training sessions as assigned by the training division / captain
- Perform various security activities throughout the plant
- Fulfills the commitment to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements :
- Alabama Professional Standards Fire Fighter I and II certification
- Current Nationally Registered or State of Alabama EMT-Paramedic certification
- One year of industrial Fire Fighter experience minimum or two years of municipal Fire Fighter experience minimum
- Certified as a Technician in the following is desired :
