What You'll Do
- Spearhead warehouse, logistics, and transportation strategies across multiple healthcare distribution functions.
- Innovate processes that maximize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
- Direct inventory control and supply optimization across the system.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing distribution team with mentorship and development opportunities.
- Build collaborative vendor and hospital relationships to improve service delivery.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, FDA, AAMI) and mitigate supply chain risk.
- Develop and manage operational budgets to support sustainable growth.
