• Minimum 2 years Medical Surgical experience required
• Ohio or compact state nursing license required
• Required certifications : BLS, ACLS
• Every other weekend (EOW) scheduling
• Call required - must arrive at hospital within 1 hour when called in
• Must be willing to float to all three campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion)
• Travel experience required - no first-time travelers
• No holiday requests off will be approved
• Epic experience preferred
• Skills include : interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, MS / Tele monitoring, oxygen administration, peripheral line care, and use of rapid response / code teams
• Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required pre-start through HealthStream
• Must complete Avita Traveler Expectations Document prior to start
