• Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical experience required
• Ohio or compact state nursing license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Must be willing to float to all three campuses (Ontario, Bucyrus, Galion)
• Call required - must arrive at hospital within 1 hour when called in
• Every other weekend (EOW) schedule
• No holiday time off requests will be approved
• Epic experience preferred
• Required skills include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, MS / Tele, oxygen administration, peripheral line care, and use of rapid response / code teams
• Must complete up to 8 hours of non-billable modules pre-start through HealthStream
• Smoke-free facility and campus environment
