Regional Vice President of Operations – Home Health East

Travel Requirement : ~75% within the assigned territory

Territory : Based in Bristol, PA, overseeing Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Massachusetts. Candidates may reside in Philadelphia or Boston.

Compensation : $185,000 – $220,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Overview

Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee Home Health East region. This leader will be responsible for operational performance across multiple branches and for guiding local leadership teams to achieve clinical, regulatory, operational, and financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and leadership across branches in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Massachusetts.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while meeting clinical, financial, and operational goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to implement best practices and process improvements.
• Oversee and support local leaders, including branch operations managers, clinical leaders, and quality teams.
• Maintain a strong regional presence through frequent travel, site visits, and direct engagement with staff, stakeholders, and patients.
