As a dedicated Maintenance Technician , you’ll support our restaurants by performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring our equipment operates smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our restaurants are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Key responsibilities include :

• Equipment Maintenance : Perform preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, mechanical fixes, and cosmetic adjustments on restaurant equipment and property.
• Installation Support : Assist with equipment installations for special projects, including HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Inspections & Reporting : Conduct regular inspections of assigned restaurants, document the condition of equipment, and report maintenance needs using our FMX system.
• Inventory Management : Maintain records of store-level equipment inventory, spare parts, and company-owned tools; provide detailed reports as needed.
• Budget Recommendations : Support supervisors by providing insights for capital budget planning related to equipment, building, and property repairs or replacements.
• Service Records : Keep detailed service and warranty records to avoid unwarranted expenses and ensure compliance with warranty terms.
• Special Projects : Participate in store openings, special events, and equipment transfers, including sales or disposals.
