Salary Range : $95,000-$115,000 + Bonus + Equity Incentives

Role Overview
The Senior Tax Associate will support the full tax lifecycle, including planning, compliance, and advisory functions. This role involves collaboration across departments and with external advisors to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting, while contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review corporate and partnership tax returns and supporting workpapersLead quarterly and annual tax provision processes, including related disclosuresReview investee tax returns and income allocationsAssist with taxable income forecasting and planningConduct tax research and monitor regulatory changesSupport recurring projects such as state nexus studies and Section 382 analysisCollaborate across internal teams and external tax advisorsWho Should Apply
