Job descriptionLead a performance search media strategy that connects search, social, content, and emerging technology to drive full-funnel business results. Shape how Campbell's brands show up where consumers express intent, curiosity, and need -from search & social discovery and AI-powered platforms. Integrate holistic search insights into full-funnel strategies to ensure a seamless consumer journey. Champion search as a behavior, not just a channel -bridging paid, organic, and emerging discovery platforms. Integrated Performance Strategy : Lead integrated efforts across SEM, social, and emerging AI platforms. Behavioral Search Thinking : Use consumer insights from keyword and query data to inform creative, media, and brand strategies. Innovation : Stay ahead of trends and pilot new technologies Cross-Channel Integration : Collaborate with internal teams to align behaviors with broader marketing efforts. Performance Optimization : Drive campaign performance aligned with KPIs and business goals. Creative Collaboration : Translate search insights into content and audience strategies. Measurement & Reporting : Work with analytics and agency teams to deliver actionable performance reports. Agency Partnership : Act as the main point of contact with the media agency for planning, execution, and reporting. Media strategy team Brand marketing teams Retail and eCommerce teams Social and content teams External media agency partners Analytics teams UX / Website teams 5+ years of experience in performance media Bachelor's degree. Experience with AI-powered media tools (e.g., performance forecasting, creative automation, predictive bidding). Strong understanding of how search behaviors can influence media experience plans. Familiarity with emerging generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and how they influence consumer discovery and search behavior. Passion for emerging consumer behaviors and how they reshape the media landscape Experience leading and managing agency teams. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. Excellent project management and communication skills. Experience with SEO, eCommerce search, and retail media networks. Experience with emerging platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Amazon, ChatGPT, and OpenAI. Understanding of how non-traditional search behaviors influence media strategy.

Compensation and Benefits :
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$107,000-$153,900
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
