Job descriptionProven experience in Program Management with a strong background in marketing programs. Ability to thrive in matrix environments and influence stakeholders at all levels. Effective communication capabilities.Excellent risk management and analytical skills A minimum of 3 years in Program Management within marketing fields. Preference for candidates with PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications. Prior experience in roles requiring close cooperation across multiple functional teams is highly desirable.

JOB SUMMARY :
Seeking a seasoned Marketing Program Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, from strategic planning through tech deployment and campaign launch. The ideal candidate will foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective operational rhythms and productive partnerships. The role demands excellence in managing complex projects amidst ambiguity, with a keen focus on delivering high-quality outcomes efficiently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans covering all stages of the marketing process.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, fostering collaboration among strategy teams, data scientists, creatives, and agencies to drive program success.
- Ensure clear and impactful communication across all program levels to support informed decision-making.
- Oversee program execution, addressing risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
- Navigate through ambiguity, providing clarity and resolution to maintain program direction and focus.
