JOB SUMMARY :

Seeking a seasoned Marketing Program Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, from strategic planning through tech deployment and campaign launch. The ideal candidate will foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective operational rhythms and productive partnerships. The role demands excellence in managing complex projects amidst ambiguity, with a keen focus on delivering high-quality outcomes efficiently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program plans covering all stages of the marketing process.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings, fostering collaboration among strategy teams, data scientists, creatives, and agencies to drive program success.
  • Ensure clear and impactful communication across all program levels to support informed decision-making.
  • Oversee program execution, addressing risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Navigate through ambiguity, providing clarity and resolution to maintain program direction and focus.

Must have Skills

  • Proven experience in Program Management with a strong background in marketing programs.
  • Ability to thrive in matrix environments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effective communication capabilities.Excellent risk management and analytical skills

    • Industry Experience Required :

  • A minimum of 3 years in Program Management within marketing fields.
  • Preference for candidates with PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications.
  • Prior experience in roles requiring close cooperation across multiple functional teams is highly desirable.
