If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Content team as a Content Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, publishing, and maintaining various types of technical content on our website.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating and publishing tasks related to our blog, landing pages for marketing campaigns, and social media channels.

You will work closely with other teams and departments to ensure the success of our content strategy.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

Support the content manager in keeping the blog fresh, engaging, and up-to-date

  • Onboard new blog authors to our WordPress platform as needed
  • Publish weekly blog posts written by our contributors
  • Contribute to the management of the blog calendar
  • Periodically update blog post banners to maintain visual appeal
  • Update and remove old blog posts upon request
  • Collaborate with our Creative and Product Information teams to develop visually compelling images for blog posts
  • Assist in the creation and publication of landing pages for marketing and sales initiatives
  • Prepare and distribute weekly email newsletters to our blog subscribers
  • Help coordinate and schedule diverse social media content across our various platforms using Buffer
  • Support the translation manager with blog translation projects and tasks
  • Aid in the publication of press releases when necessary
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews

Essential Skills :

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities
  • Experience with WordPress publishing or familiarity with HTML
  • Solid grasp of English language, grammar, syntax, and information organization
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Current eligibility to work in the U.S.; please note that we are unable to sponsor employment-based visas for this position

Desirable Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or a related field
  • Genuine interest in science and engineering
  • Understanding of SEO and social media best practices
  • Positive, driven, and collaborative team player
