What We're Looking For :
- Proven Experience : A solid track record in roofing sales / project management, particularly in insurance restoration.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in Google Workspace, Acculynx CRM, Eagleview, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong Communication Skills : Outstanding ability to engage with clients and negotiate with adjusters.
- Self-Motivation and Flexibility : Driven, independent, and adaptable professionals ready to go the extra mile.
- Customer and Community Obsession : A deep commitment to serving both the customer and the community, going above and beyond to ensure their needs are met with integrity and compassion.
