Position Summary :

IEC is seeking an energetic and skilled Leasing Consultant to oversee leasing activities at our 72-unit apartment community in Campbell, CA.

Job Duties :

• Strong leasing and marketing efforts
• Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
• Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required
