Shift / Hours : Saturday - Wednesday 9 : 00 am-6 : 00 pm

Pay Rate : $23-$28 per hour Location : Sunnyvale, CA Experience : 1 year of leasing consultant experience

We are excited to share a new opportunity for a Leasing Consultant located in Sunnyvale! This position is highly sought after and might not be available for long.

Leasing Consultant Job Duties include :

• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly leasing and occupancy targets.
• Professionally present and sell community amenities and floor plans to prospective residents.
• Proactively follow up on all digital, phone, and walk-in leads using a CRM system.
• Execute and process all applications and lease paperwork using property management software.
• Efficiently conduct tours and leverage digital tools for prospect engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and actively participate in resident retention efforts.
• Other duties as assigned
