We are looking for a design-focused Creative Director who brings vision, leadership, and an ownership mindset. We want someone who is eager to make their mark by helping transform Fort West into a nationally recognized brand and creative strategy firm. Lead creative direction and execution across brand, marketing, and digital initiatives
Partner with strategy and account leadership to develop concepts that deliver both brand and business impact
Present creative ideas and platforms with expertise and confidence to senior client stakeholders
Mentor and inspire the creative team, unlocking their strengths and raising the standard of excellence
Contribute to agency positioning and new business development to help shape Fort West’s growth story
Ensure all creative work meets the highest standards of quality and delivers measurable results
Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a comparable leadership role at a mid-to-large agency
Deep experience turning brand strategy into distinctive design and marketing outcomes that drive growth
A portfolio that demonstrates success across both B2B and B2C brands
Strong knowledge of digital platforms, content, and emerging marketing practices
