Summary

Rosenbaum Personal Injury Lawyers is seeking an organized and experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal to join our trial team. This role will provide crucial support to the trial attorney with cases from inception through verdict. This position requires a minimum of 3 years plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience with at least 1 year preparing cases for trial. Candidates without plaintiff personal injury experience will NOT be considered. Candidates with ONLY defense personal injury experience will NOT be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist trial attorney with all stages of case management, from inception to trial
• Help maintain client relations through strong communication and professional conduct
• Draft and prepare case / trial documents included but not limited to 3101d expert disclosure; Subpoenas and notice of subpoenas; 3122a; trial authorizations; 4532a; 2305d; bill of particulars
• Organize trial preparation materials including exhibit binders, witness files, and demonstrative evidence
• Manage medical record acquisition, including obtaining authorizations and certified records
• Coordinate expert witness scheduling and testimony preparation
• Maintain case management system with accurate, current information
• Provide general administrative support to the attorney and perform additional duties as needed

Benefits and Additional Information

This role is full-time and is on-site at our New York City office in downtown Manhattan. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm.

Pay Range

$70,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and trial preparation expertise
