Business Development Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Development Analyst to assist in managing doctor partnerships and acquisition transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in and lead transactions and strategic growth analyses

Manage the deal pipeline through research and tracking of potential acquisitions

Prepare financial analyses and support due diligence processes for acquisitions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

B.S. or B.A. in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics

Zero to three years of experience in finance or business, particularly in transaction execution

Strong finance / accounting and analytical skills

Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL and PowerBI

Understanding of valuation methodologies and ability to manage multiple priorities
