Key Responsibilities
Provide coaching and support to GTM managers on team dynamics and performance management
Drive mid-year performance cycles and facilitate organizational changes within the GTM teams
Manage employee relations cases and mediate conflicts to maintain a high-performance culture
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a US-based scale-up
Strong understanding of sales dynamics and GTM organizations
Proactive approach to HR issues and needs anticipation
Ability to communicate effectively with empathy and clarity
Experience in integrating hiring strategies with employee onboarding processes
