Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate Attorney to join its high-performing litigation practice. The group represents Fortune 100 companies, leading technology and life sciences companies, and their executives in a wide array of civil and regulatory matters including securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation, and internal investigations.

This position offers the opportunity to :

• Represent corporate and individual clients in securities-related disputes
• Participate in regulatory investigations and white-collar defense matters
• Conduct internal investigations, including whistleblower claims and FCPA matters
• Advise audit and special committees on accounting and compliance issues
• Engage directly with clients, partners, and senior leadership in high-stakes cases
• Work closely with attorneys across the firm on complex civil litigation and regulatory strategy
