The Opportunity
As part of the Customer Consulting - Customer Experience team you are expected to lead the execution and management of multiple, simultaneous digital strategy engagements. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. This role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the future leaders.
Responsibilities
Establish and drive the strategic direction for digital strategy projects
Spearhead business development to expand client base

What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree
8 years of experience

Proficiency in Voice of the Customer Analysis
Analyzing customer economics and business performance

Proficiency in pricing and profitability strategy

Business transformation skills with quantifiable results
The salary range for this position is : $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individuals skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
