Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to maximize the effectiveness of the agile product development team and ensure stakeholder needs are addressed throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and test requirements for development

Facilitate agile ceremonies and assist with product backlog management

Analyze and report on key performance indicators for products and projects

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps or other work management systems

Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies

Ability to create mockups and / or prototypes to visualize software changes

Experience eliciting requirements from non-technical users
