This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve claim discrepancies with insurance providers. Bilingual proficiency is considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor, track, and manage outstanding insurance claims.

• Maintain accurate and organized records of claims, payments, and follow-up actions.
• Provide timely updates and reporting on claim status to management.
