Role Description
Safety Specialist -Mineral, VA 6-12 month construction of a Data Center / logistics center,
Provide onsite support Mon-Fri 8-12 hours a day / 40-60 hours a week beginning November.
This is a 1099 contract ( no per diem )
- Candidate 5-7 years of safety experience. High Voltage experience preferred
- Must be personable because you will be the eyes and ears on site of the GC for safety
- Ability to fill out paperwork daily and timesheets weekly and should be technology savvy to do so
- Must have at minimum OSHA 30
- Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Technical Degree in H&S Management, Engineering, or Specialty area (i.e. Industrial Hygiene, Construction); or three (3) years in H&S management role(s).
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in industrial, civil, or technology-related construction sector(s).
[In lieu of possession of a Bachelor’s or Advanced Technical Degree, candidates MUST possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience implementing a H&S management role(s) in an industrial, civil, or technology-related construction sector(s).]
