Casino Operations Associate

About the Role The Casino Lobby Associate will be working with the Casino team, to develop and optimize our Casino product page, including game positioning, game categorization and content strategy, across all channels and States. The Casino Lobby Associate will play a pivotal role in releasing new Casino content to players and will be responsible for helping plan and manage the roadmap, perform quality assurance tests on all new games before they go live, and continually monitor new game performance after they go live.
Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and execute BetMGM’s games roadmap and site management strategy.
• A main point of contact with gaming vendors to both maximize on-site wager and drive value from prime lobby placements and promotions.
• Work with internal tech, product, and compliance teams to secure test and regulatory approvals before going live.
• Track performance of games, teasers and performance of the site to make sure revenue is maximized across all markets.
• Plan game promotions, VIP pushes, newsletters, push notifications and game announcements with marketing, CRM and VIP teams to increase player retention, conversion and engagement.
• Use competitive analysis, tier system and performance metrics to optimize casino brands.
• Assist in research and development in bringing new 3rd party content to the US market.
• Work directly with Casino Promotions Manager to update site categories and stickers to highlight promotions across all BetMGM brands.
• Track new game launches across all channels including desktop, mobile web, android and iOS.
• Update and manage Loyalty configuration weekly to ensure players are being properly rewarded.
• Work closely with the business to identify and use data to propose solutions for effective decisions making.
• Manage our exclusive calendar to ensure content is getting maximized exposure during exclusivity period.
• Work directly with our game suppliers, creative and design teams to ensure tiles and banners on site are the most up to date from a regulatory and visual perspective.
• Assist the Casino Management team in ad-hoc requests.
• Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
• You are highly interested in casino and games.
• A strong understanding of financial numbers and the ability to compile KPI and performance reports.
• You have a very good understanding of how web content is optimized.
• You are organized and can keep deadlines even under pressure.
• You are self-driven and reliable.
• You are a team player.
• You are highly analytical.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Online Gaming Experience Preferred
