Rate : $70-$95 / hr
Tax Terms : C2C / 1099 Contract

We are currently seeking a Network Engineer to join our remote team. This role offers a competitive rate of $70-$95 / hr on a 12-month contract basis, annually renewable.
Please note that this position requires U.S. Citizenship and either Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance.
Job Overview :
As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our clients' network infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities :
- Design and implement new network solutions and improve efficiency of current networks
- Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
- Conduct regular network performance tests and troubleshooting
- Ensure network security and connectivity
Preferred Skills :
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
- Familiarity with access control models and network security
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer
- Knowledge of network protocols, network architecture, and network services (e.g., DNS, HTTP, SMTP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance required
