About Quicksilver Scientific Quicksilver Scientific is an industry leader in advanced nutraceuticals and delivery systems, focused on innovation, quality, and scientific rigor. We are growing our Research & Development team and seeking a hands-on laboratory professional to support the development and optimization of our products.

Position Summary The Research & Development Associate will support formulation projects through experimental work, analytical testing, and documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys laboratory work, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a science-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with formulation, testing, and evaluation of new and existing products
• Prepare laboratory-scale batches and record observations
• Perform routine HPLC analysis
• Perform a variety of physical and chemical tests using appropriate lab techniques and instrumentation, including :
• HPLC, Particle Size Analyzer, Viscometer, pH meter, analytical balances, homogenizers
• Accurately record, document, and analyze experimental data
• Interpret experimental results, identify trends, and contribute to technical reports
• Conduct research on ingredients of interest, surfactant systems, and pre-formulation concepts
• Monitor inventory of ingredients, supplies, and consumables
