RESPONSIBILITIES : Create entire home designs based on client needs and department standards.

Space Planning, Lighting, Product Selections : Wallpaper, wood trim, or wall tile selections for various projects.

Complete static renders and virtual tours by project deadlines at various stages.

Collaborate & communicate effectively across internal teams and support team members when needed.

Manage multiple project timelines and update project statuses accurately.

Style merchandising models based on design presentations & specifications.

3D Duties Perform quality checks to ensure models meet industry standards.

Work with Project Managers to troubleshoot technical errors.

Generate Virtual Tours (VT) to support technical teams.

REQUIREMENTS : Degree or equivalent experience in Interior Design or Architecture.

Residential merchandising or home staging experience preferred.

Proficiency in reading construction drawings and architectural plans.

Experience with Auto-CAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit preferred.

Experience with project management systems like Airtable preferred.

Understanding of residential construction industry.

Ability to read floor plans and architectural documents.

Willingness to learn and accept feedback.

Excellent project and time management skills.

Ability to work asynchronously with remote teams across time zones.

Creative, energetic team player with initiative.

Strong multitasking and critical thinking skills.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting. Actual pay may vary based on various factors. Benefits include medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and insurance options. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees' PTO eligibility varies.
