Overview

Next 150 Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gilbane Building Company, is seeking anEquipment Specialist I. The Equipment Specialist I is responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the equipment & temporary services business for Next 150 Construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine duties and transactions in equipment rental & inventory operations, re-rentals, billing (including purchase orders and invoicing), and information distribution to support the Next 150 customers.
• Perform accurate data entry utilizing software, spreadsheets, and databases for equipment and consumable transactions.
• Provide timely responses via phone calls and emails from internal and external customers and vendors for routine information related primarily to equipment and consumable transactions.
• Support the preparation of bid packages as needed.
• Conduct research on equipment, services, and processes as needed.
• Maintain records for location, maintenance, repairs, and warranty of equipment.
• Participate in the continuous improvement plan by identifying opportunities in the current process and documenting potential improvements.
• Responsible for contract coordination with internal and external parties.
• Participate in and help support safety activities and trainings.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

The pay ranges from $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
