Reporting to the Director, CRM Operations and working closely with cross-functional teams to support the operational excellence for all emails, push notifications, and in-app messaging that we send to millions of our customers.

You will make an impact by :

Provide leadership to the CRM Operations trigger team to develop personalized acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns in the email, push notification, and In-app messaging channels.

Collaborate with the CRM & Lifecycle stakeholders to understand business needs and translate desired business requirements into scalable processes and solutions.

Partner with the CRM marketing, CRM engineering, and CRM Product teams to implement and maintain marketing automation.

Work with CRM campaign specialists and business partners to develop campaign implementation and production plans.

Enhance campaign workflows and QA processes to improve operations effectiveness and efficiency.

Facilitate campaign and data issue discussions with the CRM and Product teams.

Be an advisor to a team of highly effective deployment and QA specialists managing large-scale automated and ad-hoc customer communications.

Empower and enable marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Document learnings from experiments and live campaigns to build a CRM Best Practices Playbook that can be used as a reference by every part of the business.

Identify areas for improvement in the automation process and systems.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 4-year experience in marketing or related field OR 6-year experience in marketing or related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRM Marketing operations, preferably in the retail sector and CRM marketing.

4+ years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms including ESPs (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys etc.), segmentation tools, and complex data structures.

Hands-on experience in automated campaigns and customer journey development within the CRM platforms.

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution.

Outstanding relationship-building, influencing, and collaboration skills.

Goal-oriented with the ability to move quickly and easily between high-level strategy and rolling up sleeves for execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
