Our client, a rapidly expanding and highly successful industrial equipment and service company, is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead installation operations at their Columbus, OH location.

Role Overview :

This position is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of equipment installations, including team oversight, project scheduling, quality assurance, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and experienced with mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate in-house technicians and subcontractors on installation projects
• Review new jobs for scope, scheduling, and resource planning
• Maintain strong communication with sales, service, and admin teams
• Ensure site readiness, proper documentation, and customer satisfaction
• Promote a safety-first culture; ensure compliance with all procedures
• Manage installation assets, materials, and rental equipment cost-effectively
• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training efforts
