Project Manager – Concrete Construction

What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind successful concrete construction projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. From tilt-up to vertical concrete work, you’ll oversee operations, collaborate with superintendents, and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and quality control
• Leading job site planning, logistics, schedules, and budget tracking
• Partnering with field teams to ensure labor, materials, and equipment are optimized
• Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle
• Managing RFIs, change orders, contracts, and close-out documentation
• Attending client meetings and contributing to strategic decision-making
• Maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset and sharing lessons learned
