We are searching for a Plant Manager to take charge of a 150+ person automotive manufacturing facility in Buford, GA. This site specializes in thermoforming and box foaming, with automation projects already underway. It is a high-visibility plant that needs a leader who can roll up their sleeves, engage with the team, and steer operations through customer demands, audits, and escalations, while building momentum toward long-term success.

What you will be doing

Leading day-to-day operations for a 150 to 160 person manufacturing facility

Driving engagement and culture alignment across the plant floor

Overseeing thermoforming and foaming processes while integrating automation projects

Managing customer expectations, audits, and escalations with confidence

Balancing strategic leadership with a hands-on presence on the shop floor

What we are looking for

An automotive manufacturing background is a must

Hands-on leadership style, visible, approachable, and action-oriented

Strong track record in operational turnaround or improvement projects

Comfortable in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
