Assistant Manager/Service Writer (Part-Time)
Our Meineke Car Care Center is an independently owned and operated automotive repair franchise. We currently have an opening for an Assistant Manager / Service Writer (Part-Time) in our Forest Park, GA locations.
We pride ourselves on outstanding service and a heavy focus on the shop environment for our employees. We’re looking to bring on new Assistant Managers / Service Writers (Part-Time) who are excited, passionate, and look forward to working at a fast pace!
Assistant Manager / Service Writer (Part-Time) Benefits :
- Hourly + Commission based starting at $15 / hr. + Comm (Parts & Labor)

Assistant Manager / Service Writer (Part-Time) Requirements :
- At least two years in sales and estimate writing
- At least one year working with customers and automotive technicians
- At least one year in automotive service center management
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
- Very competent in navigating computers and estimating software
- Willingness to undergo a background check / drug screening
- Position is full-time, five days per week
- Excellent appearance, and verbal & written communication skills!
Assistant Manager / Service Writer (Part-Time) Responsibilities :
- Answering phones, greeting customers, and consistently following up
- Evaluating customer concerns, preparing the proper work order, and communicating that between customers and our techs
- Selecting proper parts, preparing written estimates, presenting estimates to customers, and ordering what's needed
- Participating in training when required
- Key Holder - Opening / Closing the store location when needed
