• Unit Manager Responsibilities :

As an integral part of our Nursing Administrative Team, the LPN / RN Unit Manager will be a responsible and skilled professional driven to deliver exceptional nursing care. Your focus will be on promoting the well-being of our patients through high-quality nursing care.

Your role will encompass a range of vital tasks, including :

• Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providing optimal care, and guidance
• Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians
• Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans
• Performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate patient charts
• Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders
