Offshore HSE Engineer

Offshore HSE Engineer Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly qualified Offshore HSE Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest safety standards across our offshore projects. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of comprehensive HSE management systems, conduct risk assessments, and lead safety initiatives to protect personnel, assets, and the environment throughout all project phases. Offshore HSE Engineer Responsibilities :

• Develop, manage, and continuously improve the Project HSE Management System across all project stages.
• Ensure compliance with client HSE requirements, corporate standards, local laws, and international standards such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Participate in accident and incident investigations, providing thorough analyses and corrective actions.
• Lead HSE risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation planning, including HAZOP, HAZID, and safety case reviews.
• Assist in preparing and implementing HSE plans, procedures, and environmental assessments.
• Conduct pre-construction surveys to identify safety-critical and environmentally sensitive areas, recommending appropriate mitigation measures.
• Supervise HSE audits, inspections, and the safety performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Promote best practices in working at heights, lifting operations, civil, mechanical, and process safety.
• Provide technical support and consultation to engineering and management teams on safety-related matters.
• Ensure timely and effective reporting of safety performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
