Summary
Candidate will have expert desktop support skills and be responsible for computer and network hardware, software, and peripherals in the corporate environment.
The Onsite Support Analyst acts as the second point of escalation for resolving desktop or laptop-related incidents, service requests, and connectivity issues.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to take ownership of the services and sites they support in a proactive manner.
