The Senior Analyst, Revenue Management is responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying trends, and supporting the execution of tactics and strategies that drive revenue. As part of the Commercial Strategy team, this role serves as a key link between Revenue Management and cross-functional partners, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Onboard Operations, and E-Commerce, ensuring alignment of strategic direction and commercial initiatives.
This individual will prepare and deliver high-value reports and presentations for leadership, provide actionable insights on pricing strategies, and support decision-making on critical commercial initiatives. The role also includes developing analytical tools, coordinating product strategies, monitoring competitive activity, and fostering collaboration across departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize financial models for brand, product, and commercial initiatives, evaluating data to determine optimal spend and return on investment.
- Continuously communicate and report on business performance, trends, commercial tactics, and long-term strategies to internal teams and leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute marketing strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate competitive pricing, promotional, and merchandising strategies.
- Create and deliver weekly presentations highlighting key performance areas, risks, and opportunities to guide high-stakes business decisions.
- Present regularly to leadership on topics including business performance, tactical updates, and strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, Product, Onboard, and E-Commerce teams.
- Develop and maintain analytical tools, including demand trend analysis, booking curves by key segments, and reporting dashboards.
- Establish and manage voyage- and category-level pricing, ensuring alignment with demand and company goals.
- Analyze the implications of currency fluctuations and recommend pricing adjustments to optimize sourcing mix.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and support the development and execution of product and tactical strategies.
- Monitoring and reviewing all taxes, fees, and port expenses, ensuring proper application, compliance with regulations, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.2-4 years of related experience in financial or business analysis, preferably in revenue management, sales, or marketing.Strong understanding of revenue management concepts, tools, and basic economics.Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and present revenue performance data.Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate across functions and levels of leadership.Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) and other MS Office applications.Experience with analytical tools such as Oracle SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
