Job Description
We are looking for an amazing Senior Analyst, Revenue Forecasting. This role involves analyzing data and making recommendations based on your analysis, ensure forecast submission is accurate as well as presenting your recommendation in a precise and compelling manner. Scope also includes routine and ad-hoc tasks that may be frequent or in-frequent in nature as well as assisting Ancillary Revenue team in data analysis and forecast. The role is responsible for project managing the process by taking input / guidance from other departments to compile a detailed forecast. This incumbent will need to interact with various levels of the organization from analysts to Senior Leaders. You will need to have a strong analytical background and experience compiling multi-year forecasts.

This position is responsible for compiling and submit multi-year revenue and occupancy forecast in quarterly basis. This position is also responsible for developing and executing models associated with various forecast components. Responsible for identifying and / or responding to requests to execute various ad hoc analyses that results in calculable insights pertaining to variance analyses (actual vs forecast).

Requirements
Problem solving :
Problem solving is critical for this role as well as ability to navigate issues and trouble shoot. Resourcefulness, ability to find the right person in the organization to assist you to problem solve.
Impact :
Become expert in revenue components and point of contact for any component related topic.
Leadership :
Lead commercial and finance effort and organize findings which assist in more accurate forecast
Lead effort in incorporating new finding and analysis into forecasting model
Knowledge : Understanding of workplace policies and procedures / Familiarity with team collaboration tools and techniques.
Skills : Strong time management and organizational skills
Abilities : Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance / Capacity to be punctual and meet deadlines / Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work as part of a team / Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and tasks.
Minimum Experience (if preferred but not required, list as such) :
Beginning in 2028, this position will remain on the same Tuesday-Thursday in-office schedule but will transition to our new headquarters in the Miami, FL area.
