About the Position :

We are currently hiring a dedicated RN / LPN to provide one-on-one, private duty care for a wonderful 8-year-old male child in the Harrison City area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive home environment with a kind and appreciative family.

Responsibilities Include :

Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Medication administration

G-tube care & feedings

Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort

Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Offering companionship and encouragement throughout the day

Schedule :

Monday - Friday : 3 : 30 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Saturday & Sunday : 11 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM OR 3 : 30 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Qualifications :

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

Pediatric & G-tube experience

CPR certification (preferred)

Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
