Job Title : Data Entry Assistant
Position Summary
The Data Entry Assistant will play a key role in supporting our fundraising and membership efforts by ensuring timely and accurate entry of donor and member information into our database. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update donor and member information into CRM or database systems
- Process incoming donations and membership renewals accurately
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure data consistency
