We’re hiring a Field Technician to service and repair heavy equipment at customer sites and in the field. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service directly to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment including hydraulics, powertrain, and electrical systems.
- Perform field service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete service documentation including time logs, parts used, and maintenance records.
- Maintain company-issued vehicle, tools, and equipment in safe, clean condition.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, greased, and ready for operation.
- Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings.
- Tag and store equipment properly when not in use.
- Support special projects and assignments as needed.
What You’ll Need
High school diploma or equivalent; technical / vocational training preferred.3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair.Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, database systems).Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Willingness to work overtime and weekends.Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL may be required).Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in outdoor environments.Candidates from surrounding areas are encouraged to apply!
