Position Summary

A Field Technician at MacAllister is the onsite Service Specialist to support customers at their work location. A Field Technician would perform maintenance and repair on customer fleet at customer sites, to get them continually producing output to the customers' demands.

Responsibilities

As a Field Technician your responsibilities may include, but not limited to :

• Traverse City / Kalkaska area
• Diagnose problems with equipment / engines.
• Perform all repairs associated with the diagnosis that is possible out in the field.
• Locate and order parts as required. On occasions, this may require you to coordinate with parts-drivers to get the parts you need to your work site.
• Write up detailed service reports for both internal and external requirements.
• Maintain own equipment.
• Building productive customer relationships to benefit all involved.
