We are seeking a physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner in primary care to join our team! You will provide healthcare services under the supervision of our Medical Director. The ideal provider for this role is someone who values their freedom to practice medicine, without going outside their scope, in the manner that is best for the patient's overall well-being. This role affords some autonomy within our practice and requires a provider to work independently.

Responsibilities :

• Travel to patients' homes or dwellings using your vehicle
• Administer injections, immunizations, and other medical procedures
• Assess patient health through interviews and physical examinations
• Provide counsel and medical treatment to patients
• Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• prescribe medications
