Principal Consultant - Transaction Advisory

Overview

TRC is seeking an experienced full-time Principal Consultant to support and grow our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice. The TAS practice provides access to a broad spectrum of professional experiences in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that thrives on teamwork. This role will be a key leader capable of winning and delivering new business for the TAS unit. The position can sit anywhere in the US and report to any nearby TRC office.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex due diligence projects involving multi-site portfolios and multi-person subject matter expert project teams as necessary per engagement requirements.
• Manage due diligence assessments consistent with ASTM Phase I standards and other global protocols, including broad-based limited compliance assessments at industrial and commercial facilities.
• Assist clients with internal processes for managing transaction risks. Work with clients to address transaction-driven environmental issues, including EHS compliance, ESG impacts and opportunities, remediation, portfolio issues, Brownfields, and liability cost estimating.
• Prepare concise TAS due diligence reports, liability estimations, and other deliverables that assess potential environmental liability risks, compliance, and operational status.
• Collaborate and coordinate with TRC personnel, offices and different practices throughout the US and London.

Compensation

Salary range : USD 120,000.00 – USD 150,000.00 per year, varies by experience, education, skill level, location and other factors. Eligible for participation in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus program based on company, business segment, and individual performance against KPIs which vary by year and employee.
