Were seeking a sharp, dependable Administrative Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations organized and efficient inside our DME storefront. This is a vital, client-facing role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, understands medical terminology, and has a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers, clinicians, and vendors both in person and over the phone
• Schedule equipment deliveries, manage logistics, and coordinate with drivers
• Process orders, prepare invoices, maintain accurate inventory records
• Assist with billing, data entry, and medical documentation
• Organize files (physical and digital), maintain compliance documentation
• Communicate with referral sources, such as hospitals, clinics, and case managers
• Perform light warehouse coordination tasks as needed (labels, pickups, equipment tracking)
